Using a Fire Stick and WhizScreen as a digital photo frame in a work place suitability

I am looking at options to display a few digital photo frames in a training room.

I am unhappy with the finish on many large digital photo frames that are in my price range (Under €250 each). If you know of a nice one, please let me know.

Currently I am researching using a computer monitor and an amazon fire stick, and getting the computer monitor framed as a nice, elegant digital frame.

I have seen that WhizScreen can be used to run the sequence of photos, but I have a few questions.

Does anyone know if one computer can control 3 different fire sticks?

If so, are 3 different accounts on WhizScreen required?

any general experience or thoughts on the topic would be great!

Thanks :)

Solution
Here is what I would do:
- install Kodi on FireStick (you can do that with side loading)
- Let it pull photos / videos / whatever from network file share, or even from local Firestick storage (there're about 2gb available)
