Question Using a non rated Power supply on pc

So heres my story, i have recently bought a new pc specs are:i5-8thGen,Asus Ex-H310M-V3, 8gb ramddr4, 2 harddisk 1tb and 500gb, 700watt PSU, no gpu. So i actually wanted to install my new gpu which is a palitgtx1070, my question is will it work despite using a non rated psu
?

No! It's not recommended to use such a cheap power supply with this hardware configuration, the power supply may provide 700w of power but it's efficiency depends on the rating, as non rated PSUs are generally not designed to provide efficiency with power. it will generate more heat and there will be more chances of failing.

I recommend you to invest for a 80+ Bronze PSU with 700w or so. It will serve you for years and possibly you will save your pc from catching fire.
