Using a PCI sound card in a computer without a PCI slot?

I have a PCI sound card that I'd like to use with my new computer. However, my new computer does not have any PCI slots. Is there a way to use my PCI sound card with my computer through adapters or an external enclosure?

No, but you could sell it and buy a PCI Express sound card if the onboard audio chipset doesn't meet your requirements.
