So recently i've been saving to build a new PC. the card i want to get is a MSI GTX 1050 which only has a DVI-D, Display port and HDMI, my current monitor is an older Samsung with 1920 x 1080 and i cant afford a new one so i was planning on using a HDMI to VGA adapter. apon reading other forums i found out that the GTX 10 series don't support analog signals anymore so i would need an active adapter to get it to work.
Will something like this work for me or will i need something different?
