Hello I am building a new computer in the next week and after recently finding out that I cannot transfer the OS from my old PC to the new one I am in need of windows 10. After finding out sites like kinguin are a unreliable and bad idea I asked a friend how he got his windows 10 because he just built a p. He used a Windows 10 USB he paid the full price for and he said as long as you can use it more than once without getting his or my windows flagged or something of that sort I could use it. I've seen that people have said they used windows 7 disks and such a ton of times with no repercussions but I don't know if the fact that it is on a USB and is windows 10 is any different.

You can use the Win 10 USB install as many times as you like.

The issue is the license key.
Win 10 is no different than 7/8/Vista...1 license, 1 PC.

Each installation will ask for the license key. Use it on more than one PC, and one or both may eventually get deactivated.

What would your opinion be to do it or just pay for a new one?
