Question I'm using a Xeon E3-1241 v3 in an LGA 1150 mobo (H81M-C). Which Xeon features do I lose ?

Hello Guys

As per title:
I am using a Xeon E3-1241 v3 in a H81M-C mobo

So far I have only breadboarded the system, but it boots without issue, I get into the bios, no beeps no error's

So i was wondering; since im using a xeon with a 'regular' LGA 1150 mobo, how does this affect the functionality/advantages of the Xeon?

Only thing I know is that it cannot use ECC RAM.
