Ok so ive recently bought my first 'k' cpu with the intention of mild overclocking , i intend to buy an asus z170m plus motherboard. Anyway my question is, will a stock cooler found in a non overclockable 1151 cpu be sufficent for an i7 6700k?, if its a hard no, any suggestions for a cooler, preferable low profile and cheap

That case will easily fit the Cryorig or a CM 212. The stock cooler may even work for a mild overclock if you don't need increase the vcore much, but I would test it thoroughly.
If the cooler is from an i7 6700 and you're not overclocking, I would say it's OK to use it. Not sure if stock Intel coolers come with different TDP as they have in the past. What case are you going to use? A Cryorig H7 is a great budget cooler if it will work for you.
