Question Using an Ultrawide monitor on my laptop ?

Hi,

I am thinking of buying an ultrawide monitor for an HP Elitebook 1030 x360 G8 (Intel Core i7-1185G7 / 32GB RAM DDR4 / Intel Iris Xe Graphics), which is connected to a HP Thunderbolt Dock G4. Would it work to connect a 49 inch ultrawide monitor and separate it into two desktops? (as shown in this video) Thanks.

so if you connect a second source, you could use the picture in picture mode like in the video (depends on the monitor to support PiP, but again, usually all of these have it)

or just use one source, like your laptop and arrange the windows besides
