Using bad sector hdd as second disk space on pc

so i have many bad sector on this 500gb hdd, and now i want to buy new hdd which is 1 tb hdd for my primary space, the question is, if i use this 500gb hdd as my second disk space will my 1 tb hdd get bad sector from my 500 gb hdd?

I'd strongly recommend you backup what you can access from the data on the 500 GB HDD somewhere else as soon as possible! Your 1 TB HDD won't get affected from the bad sectors on the other hard drive, however, your whole system could suffer performance issues if the HDD completely fails.
The bad sectors cannot be fixed and the more you use this damaged drive, the worse its condition is going to get. All the contents on this drive are currently in jeopardy due to these bad sectors. I'd advise you to backup your files and consider replacing the drive immediately!

"A bad sector is a sector on a computer's disk drive or flash memory that is either inaccessible or unwriteable due to permanent damage." This basically means that if a sector is remapped (bad), you won't be able to store any files on it and it could most certainly damage the files you already have on the HDD. What are the SMART attributes of this 500 GB drive? Could you share a screenshot of the HDD diagnostic utility you used?
