Using BLUETOOTH technology, but don't want to brand

Hi guys. I want to design a power supply, where its 4 outputs are controlled by a wireless controller. I am expecting to use Texas Bluetooth chipsets.
I don't want it to be genarally available for other Bluetooth devices, nor do i want to use the Bluetooth brand neither on the product or in manual.
So, it is more or less just a wirelessly controlled PSU

Do I have to qualify my design, and register at Bluetooth?

Your questions involve legal matters more than technical matters.

You may not have much say in what and how you use (or "do not use") Bluetooth.

You should consult an attorney with respect to your questions.

Possibly a patent and trademark attorney. All too easy to be sued for some infringement. Perceived or otherwise.

Wireless: FCC is likely to have some say in it all especially if you get the point where you are building and selling products.

Power/PSU: may require UnderWriter's Laboratories certification.

Again - consult with a qualified attorney.
