Can you use Intel HD Integrated Graphics paired with another separate Graphics Card ? (GPU)

- I am currently running an Intel I5 2500K @ 3.3 Ghz (Sandybridge) on a EVGA Z68 micro sli motherboard and a Nvidia GeForce GT 430. I have read that with Directx12 it is possible to do this to provide better gaming?

Solution
I do not know how you would do that.
GT430 is not a gaming card.
Buy yourself something better for gaming.
Your 2500K can support a top end graphics card.
The least you should be looking at is a GT1030 or GTX1050 class card.

What you're referring to is explicit multi-gpu. That was first mentioned when dx12 was announced and as far as I know the only game to support it is ashes of the singularity (seems like its the guinea pig of dx12). As mentioned before you'd be much better off in investing in a better gpu such as a 1050ti/1060.
