I can see a moving pic using the same comuter or the same network where my
camera is. But when I use differnt internet, the pcture is steady still.
(freeze)

2 : Transfer Image - Default 8481
totally separate rule in router vServer or port forward...
Loading ActiveX From outside source make sure its url in cam works
