Question using diskpart for SD

I'm trying to use Diskpart to access a sd card that windows 10 can't read. I noticed that by indicating disk 1 (even if it is not listed) it selects me.
Is there a command or a way to be able to view what it contains? I also thought about cleaning it and redoing the partition but I'm afraid I'll lose the data permanently...

"clean" WILL lose the data permanently.

This is the same microSD from before?
