Question Using half of my ram in idle???

Hey just thought id ask on here but it seems that my computer is using around half of my ram just sitting in idle.. i have 16gb and it usually just sits at a constant 7gb in idle. Sometimes its a little bit higher, sometimes its a little bit lower.. Just wanted to post here to see if anyone had any information on this subject and if its a problem if anyone could inform me on a solution for this

If my specs are needed
windows 10
16gb ram
gtx 1050ti
i7- 8750h

on task manager/performance, on the memory tab, is that in use or Committed?

on same tab, click on open resource monitor, at bottom of page
in the next window,
click on the memory tab
click on header for Working set to sort by most used
take a screenshot, upload to an image sharing website and show here.

how many programs you have run at startup?

does PC feel slow when you use it and need more ram? Idle is when its doing background processes but those aren't constant.
