using hdmi to dvi-d on xbox one x to achieve 120hz?

The xbox one x hdmi port is 2.1 I believe. If I use a hdmi to dvi-d cable will I be able to achieve 120hz on a 144hz monitor? I'll be using the display port on the monitor for 144hz pc gaming.

No. HDMI only supports adapters to Single-Link DVI, which is only capable of 60 Hz. All HDMI to "Dual-Link" DVI adapters are fake.
