I'm running p95 small fft to test a slight OC (4.18) on my FX 8320 and I'm using HWINFO to monitor temps. But there are two cpu temp reading in HW, one say ITE and the other just cpu. The ITE one is at about 75 under test while the other one is around 50. WHich one should I go by?

PS, Coretemp also says 50 while ASUS AI Suite monitor say 75. Pretty confused here.

Solution
I'd suggest you download realtemp as it is one of the most reliable temperature monitors out there. The motherboard often measures the cpu temperature on the socket itself rather than on the CPU, which can cause differences in temperature.

Unfortunately Realtemp doesnt seem to work with my cpu. But I hear core temp is an alternative, which I am using. So I guess I should go off of the core temp instead of HWINFO's ITE temp?
