Using MAC Hard Drive on Windows

The reason I'm asking this is because, I haven't been able to find a satisfactory answer and I want to buy this hard drive

and I want to know if it can be used on Windows, or even be formated to something else, since I also want to use it with PS2 or Xbox

Any answer would be greatly appreciated, and anybody who already tried please tell me if it works.

It's a PATA/IDE disk - not SATA. At the end of the day, Mac drives are probably recognized by non-Mac machines but it's also possible Apple put special firmware on the drives so they aren't and I would not buy a Mac-specific drive.

Yeah thats an IDE drive so its likely very old and could be on its last leg. Are you aware you can buy a brand new 1tb sata drive for like 45 bucks? i will link it below. I dont know why you would buy some old used drive considering the price of hard drives nowadays.
