Using Molex Adapters

Will using a molex adapter effect my graphics card?

I have a GTX 760 and my PSU is an Ultra ATX 650 Watt

Doubt it.... if it's a molex slot, only a molex will fit, so you can't really go wrong (provided your PSU is up to it...)
