Using mSATA on HP Memphis-B MoBo manufactured by Pegatron

HP Envy 700-327C has Pegatron Memphis-B motherboard with a slot for an mSATA SSD drive. What do I need to do to enable the mSATA SSD to be my boot drive with either Windows 7 Pro (which it came with) and Windows 8.1 Pro? Thanks in advance for your help.

The specs page for the mobo says it's a half-length mPCIe, not mSATA. That means it's probably for a WiFi card, and won't work with an SSD.

You can still connect an SSD via a SATA port, though.
