Using Multiple Audio Devices Simultaneously!?

I am looking to find out if it is possible for me to have a headset operating on my Xonar DG dedicated sound card, while also having a USB headset and the onboard HD Asus Audio all running simultaneously. It would be great if I could have 2 or more headsets in use for my girlfriend or friends to take advantage of while watching movies, etc.

Yes you can but make sure the software has an option to select output device; most video players do.
