Using multiple routers on same network

Is this possible?

OTP->VOIP->wired router->wireless access point

I have a OTP which as provided by my ISP to connect to their fibre broadband from a wall outlet and OTP is connected to the D-link Wireless voip also provided by my ISP.

I just bought a D-link Dir-120 wired router which is connected to my VOIP LAN port 1. I connected a wifi printer, desktop PC and a LAptop using LAN to it. Then, I connected an access point on the second floor of my house using Lan cable connected to one of the Lan port on the wired router.

Since it my first time doing this, I tried messing around with the settings to try to connect all the devices together, but have no internet connection on my wired router and access point.

What is OTP? A modem? If yes:
Put a switch between OTP and VOIP and wired router.... or put the router directly but then you must configure on it the QOS and DMZ for VOIP device.

I think OTP is a modem since it connect to my wall ethernet port
