Hi,

I have two wireless adapters setup in my pc. One interface is connected to my main wifi that has internet connection. The other interface is connected to a wifi with no internet access which is being used to connect to my Phillips Hue.
I want to be able to use my main wifi (primarily to stream over Chrome) while still being connected to the other wifi so i can control my Phillips Hue.

If i connect to both at the same time i'm not getting any internet access from my main wifi, however, i can control my lights perfectly. Even when i use ForceBindIP to open chrome with my main wifi it still has no internet access until i disconnect from the other wifi controlling Phillips Hue.

Connecting the wifi that controls the Phillips Hue to the internet is not an option.

Solution
Static is one way, for a single PC. Can always tell the DHCP on that side, DON'T ASSIGN GATEWAY (leave blank), then it will do to all PCs on that subnet.
