Question Using other motherboard ports for system fan

Hello. Can I use any if additional empty ports for powering case fan such as USB 9 pin or Lpt pin for 3 pin case fan? My gigabyte ga h87m has only 1 sys fan port which is taken. Im curious will any of those provide power for fan
