Using outlet as inlet, and inlet as outlet?

I have a phanteks FTW gpu block, and I want to know if I can use the outlet as inlet? The manual says specifically to use the left as inlet and right as outlet, but if I do that I will have to do a 180 degree turn, with 16mm OD tubing, in an Itx case, just to get to the left side. I don't think it will affect anything, because I don't see anything through the plexi that only allows one way water flow.

Also I think I have my cpu block upside down, since the rgb connectors are on the left side while on the manual its on the right side, would that reverse back, the reversed water flow?

And I have a Alphacool ST30 240mm rad, but it doesn't say which is the inlet or outlet, so does that mean I can use either as inlet or outlet, right?
