Using PC as room heater - is it even possible?

This is pretty much theoretical question...

I have a room that leaks the heat outside so badly that I have like 11*C at best (pro work of soviet window workers).

So I was wondering if it's possible (not necessary efficient) to make a cooling system for computer components that acts as a heater for the room?

When I was thinking about it I came to conclusion that if I'd connect it to my not working waterheaters (that are supposed to heat the room) it after some point work well. Untill that water would start to overheat the components themself. So I'd need a double cooling system that I can switch between heating room and cooling components (when first system is too hot for PCs safety). That's at least my idea, but I'm just a stupid gamer. ;P

What do you guys think?

I apologize if thread was placed in wrong place, but I didn't know what fits best.

A pc already outputs heat to the room's air. It just doesn't make nearly the same amount of heat as a heater. To give you an idea, a small space heater is 1200 or more watts. With the window's heat loss, that may not even be enough to keep the room warm. It's not going to be possible with a single pc.
