[SOLVED] Using PC speakers for Xbox One

I have the following bookshelf speakers and amp:

that are currently connected to my PC. I'm trying to connect my Xbox One audio output to these as well so that when I use my Xbox for Netflix i can utilize these speakers. How can i make this work?

My mobo has a SPDIF jack (Asus X570-TUF) and I have tried using a SPDIF cable from my Xbox to my PC, but I don't see any way of making this work. From what I've seen, I need to find the audio input in Recording Devices, but I dont see anything there for the SPDIF just an SPIF audio output for this jack..

Any suggestions?

Get an adapter like this, and bypass your PC completely off the chain.

PC goes to USB, XBOX goes to optical in, amp goes to line out. I use one of these to run my headphones and powered studio monitors, probably best thing for the price.
