Using phone hotspot for internet and still access local LAN?

I'm trying to get a good setup here, based on what I have to work with. Here's the gist:

I have a NAS attached to my LAN, and I want to be able to access the files/stream movies from it, while using my phone as a wireless hotspot for my internet. I want to do this all on one laptop.

Both of these work fine separately, but when I'm connected to my phone's hotspot, I obviously can't access my NAS. I don't have any other option for internet where I'm located, so I'm stuck using my phone as a wireless hotspot. Is there a way to do this?

The internet will override the LAN. I had a similar problem and what you need to do is change the priority on your pc.
