Nearly 2 and a half years ago, I started building a PC, nearly complete when life happened and that stopped. I parted some things out for money. What i have left is the case, the motherboard and the PSU. I'll be getting a new MB but my question is about the PSU. It was sitting, installed in the S340 elite, in the basement storage of my apartment for the last 2 and a half years. Clothing that was sitting beside it for the same time period were thrown away for mildew when i moved a month ago. Would this still be safe to use? The PSU in question is a Seasonic SSR-750RM never used.

It's a good PSU, but being in such a humid/moist area for so long I'd be worried about corrosion. Can you see into the inside of the PSU, possible use a inspection camera/endoscope to inspect the internals?
Unable to say how PSU looks inside, I can say the motherboard (Asus Maximus 9 Code) that was installed right above it looks pristine.
