Question Using RGB Fusion on Asrock MOBO

So I have an Asrock Motherboard. B450 Steel Legend to be exact. And I have a cooler master RGB case an Gigabyte GPU and Vengeance Pro RGB memory they all support RGB fusion. So Im asking if I can have RGB fusion on my MOBO and i can only control other components and Mobo will not be synced. So in short can I have RGB fusion syncing other components except my asrock MOBO

That motherboard does not use Gigabyte RGB Fusion.
It uses ASRock Polychrome RGB.

I know it doesnt use it but can i dowload it and use it for the other components. I think you didnt understand my question entirely.
