I M Using RYZEN 3 1200 with Asus prime Am320Mk motherboard but there is no display on monitor showing no signal plz help me out, if graphics card needed plz suggest which 1 is best at affordable price.

Because the AMD cpu does not have any onboard iGPU, yes, you need the GPU.
