Using ssd instead of hdd

I have windows 10 on a ssd. I am currently running windows 7 on a 3td hdd with a lot of other stuff installed. How do i run windows 10 on the ssdwithout losing all my apps?

Do you mean APPs installed on W7 disk ? You may try to run .exe files of those apps and if they work like that you can just make a link/icon on W10 desktop. Ones that can't run like that you will have to reinstall in W10.
