i did a full download of all svp 60fps fps project and i can report on my i5 gtx950 setup that rambo first blood part 2 looks fantastic. a side by side comparison (like 1 minute with and 1 minute without) and there is a big difference.
this is my second download of the free utility and there was possibly a conflict with the new creators update. there was alot of artifacting recently with a 1080p dvd of goodfellas. but the second download of svp 64bit really helped.
it pegged my i5 6400 @ 100% so i offloaded to my gpu and it looks better.
