Using the Antec 900 front USB

I'm newish to building computers and just put together a new one. To keep things simple, I have an Antec 900 case and a ASUS M5A97 motherboard. I cant seem to figure out a way to connect/use the USB ports in the front (on top actually) of the case (the ones near the power button). Is there anyone I am over looking or can I purchase something extra that will allow me to utilize the front USB ports?

usually at the bottom of the motherboard beside where you connect the power button and reset there is usb connections for your case

yeah your mobo has 6 connections it looks like there the blue connections to the left of your sata ports

The connections to the left of the sata ports and beside the power/reset are 10-1 pin USB 2.0 connectors.

yes the cables from the usb ports on your case should fit on them

Upon re-reading the manual of doing a bit of more digging into the motherboard reviews, it seems that the ASUS M5A97 in fact does not have an on board USB 3.0 Header.

oh sorry i thought the case usb ports were usb 2 you can buy an adapter card

that will give you an idea of what its like you may find a better one if you search around
