Question using too much memory

something is eating my memory and i cant find it , i have 16gb RAM 3600.

it is doing a malware scan? msmpeng.exe usage is high

after running some attemtps to solve it , it got reduced to around 40-60% but that msmpeng.exe still there
it was not the main problem,
