Using two drives simultaneously (SSD for boot/gaming, HDD for main storage)

Ok so I've built my first computer ever and I've got everything running. I'm new to building my own system so bear with me if I sound unknowledgeable. I'm trying to use my SSD (PNY CS1311 2.5" 240GB SATA III) for a boot/gaming drive and my HDD (Toshiba DT01ACA200 SATA III 2TB) for main storage. When I first installed the OS (Win 10 pro) I chose to use the SSD.

How do I set up my system to use the SSD for secondary storage with boot/gaming and then simultaneously my HDD for main storage?

Thx

This was written especially for you:

Win 7 & 8: http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-1834397/ssd-redirecting-static-files.html
Win 8.1 & 10: http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-2024314/windows-redirecting-folders-drives.html

Pay attention to the versions. It makes a difference.

For Steam games, this:
Steam games location
In the steam client:
Steam
Settings
Downloads
Steam Library Folders
Add library folder

Well, the trouble is I can't even seem to find my HDD, and when I go under drive management it says the HDD is unallocated?
This is what I'm trying to deal with here:

Right click where it says "Unallocated"
What options does it give you? 'New Simple Volume' is what you're looking for.
