Basically I own two internets at home, and I want to use them both on the same computer.

One of my internets is an ADSL connected through an ethernet port which is what I game with.

I have another internet which I can connect either via USB, or via wireless, either way doesn't matter to me, but Ideally what I want is, to use the other ADSL for gaming, and this wireless/usb one for browsing via chrome, is this a possiblity ?

The reason behind this is that while gaming and watching videos at the same time, I tend to lag if I use the adsl alone, so to prevent lagging, I can use the other one for videos/surfing while gaming with lag-free on my ADSL.

Hope that make sense, thanks.

You can but it tends to be messy.

Your largest issue is how does your game know to use connection "1" and your browser connection "2".

This can be done via the ROUTE command but it is rather tedious you would have to put in routes for all the ips of the game server and tell those to use one of the connections and let the rest go over the other by default.

There is a program called forcebindip that you can try to make a certain program use a certain connection but microsoft like to break it almost every patch. It also does not always get some of the stuff that is launched from a browser. It many time will miss things like flash player or other things that are add on to the browser.

I to a point am surprised you watch videos and play games on the same machine. Most games require such large amounts of resources just running other things can impact the game performance.
