Using two P2000 Quadro cards to set up six monitors

I'm working on a couple CAD builds for a client. One will need to run six monitors. I've been told I can run two P2000 cards. I'm running the parts though pcpartpicker and I'm not getting the option to add a second card. My assumption is I can and using the software dedicate one to run software and the other will just work to add extra monitor support. Any advice is much appreciated.

You can use 2 just fine. Also just a bit of information but a threadripper 1950x will quite heavily beat the 7900x whilst rendering.
