I have built my own computer case which only allows the use of a Pico-PSU but the biggest one I have found is only 300W, I have used online power supply calculators and they say I need at least a 350W to power the PC so my question is can I use two Pico-PSUs (One for computer and one for graphics card)?

If THE ONLY THING the second psu is powering the GPU then yes fine, but if both are powering diffrent things, ie. on on HDD one on CPU power, then better make sure they power on at the same time and are identical

So I can use different PSU's with this cable, and use 1 only for GPU and 1 for everything else?

Umm. Possibly? The 6 pin is only auxiliary for the PSU.. The slot provides 75W... If the PSU's are identical.. I say yes but ask on of the PSU pros on here

I don't see why you specifically need a pico. They just look like extremely compact PSU... Unless your case is too small I would think you would be OK using a standard atx PSU.. Again ask some of the PSU pros on here
