Using two separate graphics cards in non sli

Hello,
I doubt this is possible but i wanted to know if i could run three monitors in this configuration
-gtx570 powering a dell u2211h (DVI) and a old analog monitor(vga)
-radeon 4350 powering a second analog(vga)
is it even possible to mix these two cards and get video on all three monitors?

Windows XP and 7 allow you to have both drivers installed not Vista!

first of all, why you want to run 3 monitor? btw back on the topic i think it can be done since windows 7 allowed two different drivers to be installed. but something can go wrong since nvidia driver doesn't like ATI presence in the system. the advance physx setting might get block because of it
