Using VCR/w Computer

Hello:

I would like to make DVD's of some of my old VHS tapes. Can anyone recommend a graphics card for this. I don't use my computer for gaming. Thanks.

You don't necessarily need a new graphics card, maybe just some type of capture card. Or you can get an ATI All in Wonder card, there's many different models, most offer same capture features, just different GPUs with it. The All in Wonder card has S-Vid or Composite input depending on model. They also offer DVD authoring programs, I'm not sure how good these are though.
