Using video settings

Hello,

So Im a developer/coder for Garry's mod, a game some of you may or may not know. But that is besides the point.

What I need is somewhere I can upload a video which will provide me with a link which will do the following: when someone clicks the link, all this happens automatically. It is: fullscreen, automatically plays and constantly replays. I managed to upload a video to Youtube and get it fullscreen and auto plays but not with auto replay.

Any help would be awesome!

most browsers have some kind of full screen blocking/permission required element to them.
