We have a display screen that's not easily accessible that we want to turn on automatically every morning. It's running off a Azzule computestick (windows 10)and it seems that it doesn't have resume by alarm functionality in the bios.

It seems like the next best option is scheduling a task on the server to turn it on using some wake on lan software.

Has anyone tried this and been successful or have any better ideas?

Thaks.

Can't you just put the computer to sleep when you don't need it and use a windows scheduled task to wake it up? There is an option in the scheduled task to wake the computer up if it's currently in sleep mode. Otherwise yes Wake on lan would work assuming you have another machine that's up and running on the same network switch / VLAN that could wake it up on demand.

I'm not sure abut Azzule, but for a normal windows install both options should work.
