From alot of re-searching i couldn't find any fact then I finally turned to tomshardware and post, what is the fact between US army vs taliban why do they fighting everytime, I've seen that most taliban has been killed by US army so far especially in afghanistan. Which side is doing right why are they fighting and for what? Can anyone explain full story what is going on.

Story time:

Once upon a time, there was a country far far away called Afghanistan ruled by the evil Taliban. The Taliban government gave refuge to Uncle oSAMa, a villain and the leader of the Al-Qaeda.

Al-Qaeda is naughty and loves to launch terrorist attack against western nations. Their favourite target is a country called Amerique, lead by the original great Uncle SAM. One day, the evil minions of the Al-Qaeda destroyed the great twin town monument in the heart of the great Amerique nation and in the process killed thousands of innocent people. The original great Uncle SAM seek justice, thus he must destroyed Al-Qaeda and the Taliban.

The End.

There are different version of this story, the version presented above is one of many version in circulation.

USA need the oil from Azerbaijan, but there is no viable way to get the oil out apart from pipes and it has to goes through Afghanistan, so USMC is capturing the flag there to control the pipe line. Of course, it also provides the air base for USA in central Asia, overlooking China and Iran. As well as the drugs. It is a nice strategic move.

Do your research instead of stating your opinion. :) Previously, the oil industry was controlled by the government. Now, the government is making more money by outsourcing the oil to other countries. Last report I read said that it was Middle Eastern companies that were getting all the oil contracts, not US or Western countries.

@pyree, look like you got me what i was looking for? I also heard that Al-qaeda is the worst unit of taliban, but why are they killing pak army I've seen them in youtube last week over 17 pak army mens were killed by taliban they cut thier heads OMG! The thing is why not both the countries combine together to end afghanistan.

Taliban just proving thier self as a muslim but they aren't no talib is truely muslim they are trying to bring down the name of islam by killing innocent peoples without any reason, i know them very well god knows better why are they doing this and for what, I'm a muslim too from america.

Taliban is really just there to kill anyone who is not Taliban. So naturally, they will kill soldiers from Pakistan. Combining the force of USA and Pakistan will not totally wipe them out because:

1. Taliban are good at hiding
2. They are actively recruiting and replacing members killed in combat
3. They hide among innocent people and use them as shield
4. They plant a lot of opium and the money drives desperately poor people to join

So it would be very difficult to almost impossible to use military force to get rid of them. Developing economy and education so people don't have to join Taliban for earning their money and understand the harm of the Taliban organisation is doing to the society will be the the long term method to get rid of the Taliban.

22 million people ... 250 million a year ... so that me giving $11.37 to them a year personally ... probably more since I pay twice the tax of an average household.

Enjoy it ... educate the kids not to shoot at us ... or the yanks.

AUSTRALIA has signed a new four-year aid agreement with Afghanistan that will take support for the government beyond the pullout of troops in 2014 in return for commitments about electoral reform, human rights and the rights of women.

Signing the deal in Tokyo yesterday, the Foreign Minister, Bob Carr, said it would lift Australia's contribution from $165 million to $250 million a year by 2015-16, making Australia Afghanistan's sixth-biggest donor.

''We are leading the way with the United States, Germany and Japan,'' Mr Carr said from the 70-nation conference. ''This is the broadest coalition in human history. Russia, China, Pakistan, India - they are all part of a coalition standing for a sovereign Afghanistan.

''Contrary to what's most probably the public impression, there has been progress. In Uruzgan Province, where Australia's commitment is focused, there are now more than 200 schools, up from about 30 a decade ago, and now there are 30 dedicated girls schools, when there were none before. There are now millions of females in Afghanistan's school system, whereas a decade ago there were thousands.''

Thanks for all of you friends, @pyree, yes they are good but all the taliban are cravens, and you have pretty well knowledge about taliban. Are you american or australian, also what does that mean "AUSTRALIA has signed a new four-year aid
agreement with Afghanista n".

There was a dozen of boys from Afghanistan in my year level when I was at school. Also, I did some interview on the Hasarah people. Yes, I am from Australia. The agreement between Australia and Afghanistan from the looks of it is to promote education. I am sure some Taliban will spread the rumour that the school funded by foreign aid is to teach students Christianity and immoral western value to pollute young minds away form Islamic value.
