The DipPouch openings list shows it up. The JK reported problems to the
judge-maint mailing list a couple of weeks ago, but he reported that he
had fixed them soon after. Make sure your local mail isn't filtering out
USOS messages (I've had troubles between NZMB and certain mail providers
in the past).
