I killed the Gonarch by the holding cells, went past its cell to find
a dead/sick Barney and scientist. Now what? I hear a lot of
monsters chirping about, but the area is empty and there are no
more usable panels I haven't used. The barney and/or scientist just
lies there coughing.

Go back into the corridor, and you'll see a panel with a glowing red
light on the wall at the other end. Take out your glock and shoot the
panel....

I'd almost forgotten this masterpiece. IIRC correctly, this was Neil
Manke, before he got obsessed with zombies.
It's a bloody good mod, right from the "fly by intro".

Peter, I thought you were not going to post in AGHL anymore. That lasted
long.

No I said (or wrote) I would unsubscribe

In the mean time I have found that Google Groups can give me a better
view on this particularly group
At least a better view than OE can offer

I could select another program, but ...
With my subscriptions to a rather large number of different company
related news servers I have not been able to find a more suitable
program than OE that can support such a configuration

Besides GG offers an total spamfree group, that's an nice option

Quite forgot - another requirement I have
Being able to retrieve inbox etc info from my hotmail account
How well is this implemented in the addon?

I also like to have each inbox separated from each other, is this
possible?

Hmm then I have the windows messenger address/contact
we are using this feature a lot at work

Looking quite ok otherwise

Yeah, this was one of the earliest, if not the first, really good
add-on for HL1. At the end of Darkstar it says it'll be continued,
but then Manke went off on his tangent. Let's hope he does a
continuation of Darkstar for HL2.

I tried a couple free programs to get my Hotmail accounts but didn't
have much luck. I currently use Hotmail Popper and it works great.
Both of my Hotmail accounts are set to one inbox in TB but I believe
you can set up numerous different ones.

Your point in asking / answering a query that was directed at someone else.
Do you always butt your nose in where it doesn't belong.

Suprised he doesnt have AGHL stencilled in after his name to give his
nosiness a bit more "official certification".

Welcome to the very public world of Usenet, sonny. If you'd wanted to speak
with him privately, you should have emailed him.

So, I repeat - your point?

In a way, you have answered your own question.
General thinks he has caught Peter out, and therefore scored a "point"
(d'you get it now?).

The rest of us are wowed by General's prowess and in awe of him as a
result. And of course his clever put down of you, when you didn't
notice that a comment on a public forum was actually a private message,
but made public only so we could all bear witness to General's rapier
wit and encyclopaedic powers of recall. It was not made public so we
could comment on its asininity.

Of course, you have compounded your errors by now insinuating that
General is a newbie on Usenet. Oh woe, woe and thrice woe! I'm
certainly going to be checking back for whatever razor sharp wisecrack
General comes back at you with!

Ah... the joys of Usenet....

Donning chain-mail even as I type. He certainly seems a force to be reckoned
with. I just love the modesty of the nym too...

My guess it's the AGHL suffix
I am using this generally on usenet to advertise for the group
Mr General has his own view on things

Thank You 🙂
I am trying my best (most of the time)
