USTR intermittency

Anyone can tell me if USTR is experiencing problems. I am getting the
occassional player enquiry regarding lack of responses to orders etc.

The machine it runs one (same as DipPouch) has been experiencing
intermittent DNS problems, meaning that some messages may occasionally
not get out (or at least not straight away). I think that steps have
been taken so that this is no longer the case.
