UT2K4...rocket launcher problem...

I haven't seen it, but my cousin claims in his game he can only use
rocket launchers now. In every map. Not sure if this is single or
multiplayer but...where is there a setting for that? It worked fine
when he was here, then a week later boom...no weapons but the rocket
launcher.
Is it some dumb little setting he's overlooking. Erm, and I seem to
be overlooking as well. Again, I'm not sure if this is happening to him
in single player instant matches, or in multiplayer. Any ideas?

Has he checked which mutators are enabled?

Thanks for replying. I'll look at it today when I get over there. Try
it with no mutators at all and if that don't work, I'll delete hie user.ini
and unrealtournament.ini and replace them with mine. As a last resort,
un-install the darn thing and re-install it. Thanks again for the reply.
