I have the original WoW MMO Gaming Mouse, and used it in OSX. A handy utility called USB Overdrive lets me map all of the mouse's buttons (there are like 11) to keys on the keyboard.

I tried using the mouse's native Windows software to do the same in Windows 7, but find no option to map mouse buttons to keys. So I'm looking for something simple that mimics what USB Overdrive can do.

I tried a utility called X-Mouse, but it doesn't recognize all the mouse buttons.

Are there any other utilities I could look at?

Solution
Ah, ok. I was hoping that the mouse would come with utilities like Logitech's setpoint software. One of the functions of setpoint is to redefine what the mouse buttons do. I'm surprised the SteelSeries doesn't have something similar.
Sorry, should have explained further:

It's a SteelSeries mouse, and this particular mouse only has a Windows driver/utility, hence why I had to use USB Overdrive in OSX. But USB Overdrive's easy ability to map mouse buttons to keyboard keys is what I'm looking for in Windows 7, and the official utility doesn't apparently do this.

Apologies for not explaining sufficiently earlier.

FYI: I found the solution. It really was simple, but unintuitive: I used the official software to make a one-button macro for every key I needed, then assigned the macros to the buttons.

Cumbersome but it did the trick.

Thanks for trying to help regardless!
