utorrent slow refresh download speed + %

hi
i use utorrent pro and make some modification to increase the downoad speed and it worked ...
but i want to follow the files in the torrent to know how much % to be completed and i have found that it refresh very slow
any idea ??

For a utorrent its speed isn't something you have much control over. The more you seed the more upload it takes and less you seed the harder to get on others upload. Seeding files that almost no one wants may help. Also look at peerblocker and i-blocklist to keep some from sniffing and slowing your connection.
