uTorrent to IDM?

hello

i know we can download torrent files with internet download manager and it'd be faster. but what i dont know is if its possible to resume a download on torrent which is already on 84% to idm? can i just bring forward the downloaded files? torrent been acting up and not giving me the speed except 0.1-2.5 KB/s only. i want to finish the download as soon as possible.
